Treat everyone with respect.

No name calling or teasing.

Keep hands and feet to yourself.

Respect the training equipment and use only as instructed.

No hitting.
Note: At times, an instructor may give you permission to hit them while practicing punching or kicking techniques. Never punch or kick an instructor unless directed for learning purposes.

Parents are highly encouraged to attend class.
Parents are welcome to watch classes or to join their child on the mat for free as a support person. Parents are encouraged to support their child during class by offering guidance and corrections in a positive manner.

Let the instructor know if there is something they can do to better meet your learning needs.
You are encouraged to tell the instructor about any adaptations or accommodations you need to support your learning.

You are encouraged to bring aids to class like noise cancelling headphones if that is helpful to you.

Inform the instructor of any medical issues or injuries that may affect your performance during class.

Before leaving the studio for a break, tell the instructor.
You are welcome to take breaks as necessary, but kindly inform the instructor before you leave for a water or washroom break for safety reasons.
